        Product Guarantees

        In the event that your product is damaged in transit, or exhibits defects in materials and workmanship, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We will discuss the matter with you, and possibly offer to replace or refund the goods, subject to the availability of stock.

        Making A Contract With Us

        When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will email you again to confirm that we accept your order and that a contract has been made with us. You will receive a further email advising you when the order has been despatched.

        In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing error, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an email confirming acceptance of your order and there will be no contract between us.

        If you do not wish to receive occasional special offers from us, please notify us via e-mail.

        Cancellation of the Contract

        By law, all customers in the UK have the right to withdraw from the purchase of a product within seven working days of the date the product was delivered.

        To make a cancellation either before the goods have been despatched, or within this seven days ‘cooling-off’ period, please email or telephone via the contact details below.

        Payment

        We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Maestro, Electron and Solo cards.

        Delivery

        We process your order as quickly as possible. We endeavour to dispatch goods within 3 working days of receipt of payment, and goods are sent via standard first class delivery, but we have no control over the delivery companies used and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by them.

        In general in the UK, please allow 14 days for delivery from the date you place your order. If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.

        For all deliveries outside the UK, please allow 28 days for delivery from the date you place your order. If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.

        Returns Policy

        We offer a 14 days unconditional returns guarantee on every purchase, except video material and digital content. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you can return it in its original packaging, and in good condition, for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.

        If any free gifts are offered with the product, these must be returned as well as they are only a free gift as a condition of purchase and retention of the product. If you fail to return any free gift, the nominated value of the item will be deducted from the refund amount.

        Returning Goods

        Please pack the goods carefully in the original carton and add any extra internal packaging that may be required to protect the goods in transit. We only pay for the cost of the carriage to return items to us if they are faulty or damaged. Please email or telephone us via the contact details below so that we can make appropriate arrangements. If you simply decide that you don’t want the item even though it has been fairly described and is of satisfactory quality, you will have to pay for the return carriage. Arriva and it's representatives will not refund any/additional carriage costs if you return goods without contacting us first, whatever the reason for return.

        Refunding Your Money

        Your refund will be made direct to your credit/debit card within 28 days of receiving the goods in a suitable condition, as described above.

        You will need to supply us with your order number and the product code. Please keep your delivery note in a safe place as this contains all the information we will need.
